They still offer a gluten free crust and still ask if your gluten avoidance is because of an allergy or preference. They warned me that cross contamination was possible. I didn't notice if they changed gloves, but they used a clean pizza cutter. They did tell me that all toppings were gluten free except the veggie "meat" balls. I was also pleased that they offer vegan cheese and vegan chicken (which they assured me was gluten free). The pizza tasted great, and so far I haven't had any reactions.
Their GF crust is so good, even my friends who aren't GF like it better than their normal crust. They ask if you have an allergy when you order it, and change their gloves/clean the oven to try to prevent cross-contamination. There are so many toppings and sauce options. It's probably my favorite pizza place.
Friendly and knowledgeable about protocols
Do NOT recommend for Celiacs - they don’t use separate tools so the cross contamination runs rampant and the employees don’t know anything about Celiac safety and acted like it inconvenienced them. I will never eat there again. Extremely rude about valid health concerns when I explained the severity of the disease. They change gloves upon request but that’s it.
