Nice experience! Although there werent many GF options (or that was what I understand), i ordered a Pinsa. They had three types and I took the Italian Pinsa. It was so tasty and the dough was surprisingly so soft and tasty, so overral it was very yummy!

Had a local gluten free beer and said they normally do gluten free burger buns and some of their burger patties are gluten free, although they’d run out of gluten free buns when I went so I can’t comment on those! But the manager seemed happy to make changes to dishes
