Great menu! Lots of GF options and lots that can be made GF. Only complaint is our food was labeled with veg pick and not GR stick. Made us question several times of toast and pancakes were GF.
Great ambience, service and gluten free food. They handle celiac perfectly!
Amazing food and tons of gluten-free options! The manager prepared my meal and brought it out to me personally! Would go everyday if I could!
AMAZING. I had the gf cinnamon roll and chicken tinga tostadas. I would go here every day if I could.
AmAzing!! If I lived in this area, I’d be there all the time! Had the lemon poppyseed crepes. Will probably stop by again tomorrow on the way to the airport to grab some of those gf cinnamon buns they offer... fantastic decor and service as well. We loved it.
very gluten free friendly. great gf cinnamon rolls!!!! very knowledgeable staff. separate kitchen space. amazing food! our new favorite. great with other food allergies too!
I eat here at least once a month and have never had any issues! Make sure to let your server know that you have Celiac, and they will prepare your food in a separate area of the kitchen. The food is amazing (especially the GF cinnamon roll), and the service has always been outstanding. Highly recommend for even sensitive Celiac's like myself.
The staff was amazing! They were friendly and informed of how to avoid cross contamination. When I walked in I asked about a gluten free menu. They said they had one and even added that they have a separate for if I had celiac. I LOVE when restaurants are able to mention celiac disease without me bringing it up. It makes me feel extra safe. After breakfast I felt fine. This is my new brunch spot!!
Anna’s Kitchen in Holland was able to provide two Celiac friendly, vegetarian meals. Delicious brunch and lunch options and a dedicated GF oven and section of their kitchen. GF labeled menu and very friendly about serving a truly safe meal. Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing! I have extremely severe celiac disease and the waitress who took my order entered my plate under celiac disease. When the food was brought out, a separate cook wearing gloves set my plate down, stating this is the celiac plate. All my food had gluten free sticks labeling it. Not only that, but it was delicious. Highly recommend!
Wow! Options, options, options! This place is a dream come true! The menu is loaded with gluten free choices. When I ordered the gluten free pancakes, the waitress asked if I was gluten free as a lifestyle choice, intolerant, or celiac. Her understanding of celiac disease was greatly appreciated! Our meals were prepared in a separate area and were brought out by the manager. We were in Holland for two days and we had breakfast twice. The food is fantastic! We tried cinnamon rolls, pancakes, French toast, sausage, omelettes, eggs and toast. Nobody in our group had reactions. Great experience both times!
Fabulous food and safety! You have to try the cinnamon muffins which are delicious. So many delicious and different choices. We were traveling through town and decided to stop. Very clean. We are celiacs , my two granddaughters, husband and myself. He staff knows their stuff! Felt reassured. Stop by!
I can't say enough good things about Anna's House. 2 types of GF toast, pancakes, waffles, french toast, and freshly made GF cinnamon rolls. All of their meats (except vegan sausage) are GF, also. They clearly have GF options marked on the menu and they can modify so many things to make them GF. It was so good that we ate breakfast there 2 days in a row. They have separate cooking areas for GF items. The best part was I didn't get sick either day and I'm highly sensitive.
Wow- so many menu choices!! They told us they have a separate kitchen space for celiac prep. The portions were more than generous. Highlights were the gf lemon poppyseed crepes, corned beef hash and eggs, smoked salmon hash, and don’t forget the gf cinnamon roll!! Yummm!
Was glutened badly here on Easter!! A big mistake - not contamination. Our entire table specifically ordered GF since 3 family members have Celiac and wanted to possibly share the 4th person’s food. Asked questions and they answered everything perfectly. Got the BAE as one of the meals. The meals came and all 4 meals had GF sticks in the meals. Took a picture of the BAE because it looked so nice. Thought the roll that it was on looked large for a GF roll - but they had all sorts of GF products from a bakery up north. Again - meal had a GF stick in it. Ate it. Got the bill and thought it was funny that 3 meals were upcharged for GF but not the BAE. Got very sick. Called the next day to talk to the manager who was very nice. When I explained everything that happened and told him about the missing upcharge and told him that the bread the sandwich was on was round, he said that it was not GF. They only use square GF bread for their sandwiches. Despite this, they stuck a GF stick in the meal. He offered a gift certificate which I declined - I told him that I only wanted them to figure out how the mistake happened and to learn from it! Huge mistake. Not really sure how that could have happened - obviously rung up wrong, but how did it get the GF stick in it??? Will give them one more shot and if all goes well, will change my review. Beware - GF bread at this restaurant should be square. Manager handled this extremely well!!
I like their menu which makes ordering super easy for people with food allergies. They offer to cook your food in a separate area of their kitchen if you are celiac. Their hashes are very generous portions, but I did not care for the taste of the Hippie Hash -- too many flavors for me and too many carbs! On Easter, we ate there again and I had eggs, potatoes, sausage and gluten free multigrain toast, which turned out to be a better choice. I'd still prefer some low-carb menu options. I plan to try their lunches the next time I visit.
Amazing! Went in based on reviews of many of the other locations and I'm sure glad I did! So many options it was hard to choose. Lemon poppyseed crepes were amazing and the locally sourced ingredients make it all worth the cost, calories and all!
Tons of options, very knowledgable staff. They asked specifically if they needed to watch for cross contamination when we ordered and the manager brought the gluten free food out separately and assured me that it was prepared separately. Only downside is that you will generally spend a bit more for the gluten free options and get a bit less. The naturally gluten free stuff might be better value.
I ate here last year and it had good food so I was excited to try it again. They have a big selection but the gf pancakes were so dense I was only able to eat three bites. MY son got the cinnamon roll and this was heavy as well. Waitress didn't check back so I was unable to tell her. She asked if we wanted boxes I said no mine was not good and she said ok, walked away and brought the others in my party their boxes and the bill. Will not return.
WOW! SO MANY CHOICES! Pancakes, waffles, french toasts (stuffed!), and of course omelettes and more. I ended up with a Monte Cristo and it was so good. Can't comment as to cross-contamination as I"m not that sensitive, but I can't wait to go back!
