Love this place! I come here all the time, the menu is labeled and there are tons of options. No cross contamination.
There was a lot on the menu that was either gluten free or had a gluten free option, it surprised me how much. Also when my food came it had two markers on it, one said allergy and the other said celiac, which also made me really comfy.
I’ve been multiple times and never had any issue with their gluten free waffles! Though one time I had their GF skillet hash and felt a bit sick. They said they had a dedicated fryer so not too sure what happened, but I’m sure it was an accident though I’m wary with those things now. Still very allergen conscious and helpful!

SO GOOD!!! They have a separate allergy area, and food comes out labeled - so many gluten free options and such good food! Can’t wait to go back!
A lot of GF options. Was great to have a meal without having to ask for changes or no bread, etc.
My daughter loves Anna’s house. Menu items are marked gluten free. When you order the waitstaff will ask if gf is due to an allergy. The items are cooked separately and served with an allergy marker. Pancakes, French toast, and cinnamon rolls are a favorite.
My daughter got sick from being served gluten when it should have been gluten free.
Excellent food and lots of choices in every section of the menu. Separate prep/cooking areas and well-informed staff.
Menu has lots of GF options and is very clear. Kitchen has a seperate area to prepare food, and it even comes out with a stick to mark it as an allergy. I have been here 3 times and haven’t felt sick from any of my food! Very friendly, understanding, and educated staff!

It was like ‘I can have crepes??!?’ You bet! They were delicious. Our server knew and understood the word Celiac. 😊 The menu has icons for GF and GFO (gf options). Worth going to and will return as there are other items I would like to try!Comfortable, clean, and place with happy and pleasant staff.
I have eaten here twice now when visiting family, and my experiences here have been great each time. Items on menu are clearly labelled as GF or GFO (gluten free option available). When your dish is brought out it should have a little skewer in it which reads "GLUTEN FREE", a nice touch. When taking my order, our server asked me if my GF dish was due to a dietary restriction or celiac disease, and asked me if my food needed to be prepared in a separate space in the kitchen. Food was amazing and staff seemed very knowledgable! I will for sure be back!
There used to be a good selection of GF items on their menu that have since been eliminated. In addition, unless you choose dine-in (with long wait), you cannot even order by phone or online. We used to love Anna’s House, but now it’s quite a mess (try navigating their website for an idea of the mess as well), not sure if it’s management problem at this particular location or across the board.
They have so many options. When my son Asked for a gluten free item, they even asked if he had Celiacs. Then food came out with an allergen marker in it. Helped me as a mom feel safer. And the food was good!
All the staff is knowledgeable about Celiac. They have a separate station that they prepare the gluten free food at. The food is amazing!
Highly recommend Anna’s. Plenty of GF options and the menu is very clear. I had the blueberry pancakes and they were excellent. Even had that bit of crunch around the edges. Ambiance and decor were very pleasant with lots of windows and natural light. Will be back for sure.
Dedicated kitchen prep space. Lots of options. Love the gluten free cinnamon rolls!

I’ve been going here regularly for the past few months and it is officially the only breakfast spot I trust in Kalamazoo. They’re serious about their precautions and never dismissive about questions. I’m still nervous to get anything that has obvious gluten alternatives like toast or pancakes, but I’m working up to it. Hash browns, eggs, and fruit is my go-to order. It always comes out from a separate kitchen and is clearly marked. One time the server messed up putting in the order and it came out unmarked, I asked about it and she apologized profusely, remade my order, and gave a significant discount. All my family members that I’ve dragged here find food they enjoy as well. Really can’t go wrong with this place, they’re amazing.

Separate kitchen and food is marked with tab. Lots of gluten free options and somethings they can make gluten free. Food is delicious and will be back. My son had no reactions
