They were nothing short of amazing! Evacuated to the area during a hurricane with our 2 dogs. We came here for breakfast and they were soo welcoming and kind. The manager came out and sat with us to discuss our daughter's Celiac needs, gave us a menu and told us exactly which items they could cook in a separate area to avoid any cross-contamination. She had a delicious breakfast scramble meal with gf toast. They had plenty of choices, including pancakes. The manager even brought out a piece of fresh cooked bacon for the dogs. We left there very content and grateful for their kindness! No gluten issues whatsoever.
I had the Floridian Omelette and my Grandson (a suspected Celiac) had the Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese Pancakes. Both were quite good! They have a gluten free menu and they flag your order so the kitchen and servers take precautions, but they don't have dedicated kitchen space or a dedicated cooktop or fryer. I got the impression that there was not a lot of training about food allergies because several people could not answer my questions.
The place itself has an industrial feel with concrete and glass walls and lots of hard surfaces which made it quite noisy so we couldn't have much conversation. It was also not real comfortable with hard wooden chairs. It does have a very nice outside dining area that I would try next time.
The food was good, and the coffee was really good. We didn't have any adverse reactions. I would be willing to try it again, but I would sit outside where I could hear the people I came with and the chairs might be a bit more comfortable.
