I had a great experience here! The bar tender and host are celiac. The waitress was really helpful. She advised against anything fried (shared fryer). I had BLT with deluxe grits and it was delicious. 🤤 didn’t get sick.

Great GF breakfast/brunch menu. Becca who was working the bar is also GF, which was awesome. The cold brew coffee is one of the best cups of iced coffee I’ve had!

Ordered the GF Pancakes and they were amazing. Grits and eggs are good as well. The cook surface is shared, and I have celiac, but I risked it and did not feel sick. Chose to eat here twice during our trip. Would recommend!

We happened to stumble across this place while looking for a place to eat, and I was really impressed. The waitress told me they make the pancakes on a seperate pan, and she said they have quite a few gluten free people (not sure if that means celiac or not) work there. I even asked what "grits" are and she brought out a sampler for us to try it out. She double checked to make sure it was celiac safe.

Saw mostly positive reviews. They have a shared cooking service for bread and the gf pancakes…. So not celiac safe. Other than that very yummy. Eggs and bacon were in there own pan. Just be aware and speak up

PLEASE do not eat here if you have celiac. I saw mostly positive reviews so I figured it was safe enough as long as I kept it simple was naturally gluten free eggs. I let the server know I had a “gluten allergy” and ordered an omelet with no bread. I checked whether that should be cooked separately from bread and she assured me it would be safe. Received my food and ate a few bites and then realized there were crumbs on my plate. When I asked the waitress whether they had put a piece of bread on my plate and removed it, it was confirmed that they had put an English muffin on my plate and then simply removed it instead of remaking even though there was a known allergy. I have been sick for days and it ruined the end of my bachelorette trip. Extremely upsetting and disappointing.

Went here based on the reviews. I asked the host for a gf menu. She handed me the menu and said it’s a gluten friendly not a gluten free menu and that they don’t take extra precautions. Sat down with my group assuming I would not be able to eat. Our server was able to assure me about their gf precautions and what my options were. I ended up getting a gf burger and grits.

Not totally sure how to rate them, since I didn’t end up getting to eat? I think it would have been great, but they were out of the gluten-free pancakes, which was a huge bummer because I had walked almost 40 minutes from my hotel because I had read about how great they were. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else for my GF breakfast. I know it’s not their fault, just really disappointing. Waitress said it happens from time to time, so definitely CALL before you go if you are hoping to get GF pancakes.

The service was great! I have Celiac & the staff were very knowledgeable & helpful. I had an omelette with GF toast. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend this place for Celiacs, as long as you question the staff on how your food is prepared to avoid cross contamination.

Came to town for only 2 days, so I wanted to find a good Gluten-free breakfast for my wife who has Celiacs. What we found was not good, it was AWESOME. It started from the time we entered the restaurant and we were greeted by our server Becca. Once we told her that my wife has Celiacs, she said don’t worry “I got you”, I have Celiacs as well. My wife had the GF Bourbon Street pancakes. You couldn’t even tell they were GF and she loved them. I had the regular cinnamon roll French toast, OMG! I am a self proclaimed breakfast snob and try to find something on the menu that I haven’t had before or can’t make at home. This place is the real deal, we plan on going there tomorrow on our last day in Nashville. Give them a try you WILL NOT be disappointed.

I went on a Friday morning and it was busy. I would highly recommend joining the waitlist so you don’t have to wait that long. We had a big party and sat pretty quickly. For breakfast I had the supreme omelet with grits and gluten free bread. I didn’t eat the bread though because I wasn’t sure if they toasted it with other breads. The server told me the potato’s are cross contaminated so I didn’t order them. I kept it simple and the omelette was really good. No problems.

This restaurant was delicious and very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a gluten friendly menu, however the pancakes are cooked on a shared griddle so those were not safe for celiac. Any of the omelettes are safe and can be served a size of either fruit or Avocado and gluten free bread, however they do not have a safe toasted so the bread had to be untoasted. I have been serval times and always had a positive experience and did not get sick.

Extensive Gluten Friendly menu, but waitstaff mentioned that while they have GF pancake mixes, they are cooked on the same grill as gluten containing products. However, the omelette GF offerings are prepared on a separate surface and are safe. I had the Bacquezo Omelette with a side of fruit and a couple of slices of GF bread (not toasted because of cross contamination). Very helpful and took my allergy seriously!

Went there for breakfast after reading everyone else's reviews and they were absolutely correct on everything! First off it is a very busy place so be prepared to wait we got lucky and 2 bar spots opened up so we avoided the wait for a table. The bartender Rebecca is celiac and said I won't have any issues. I had the GF pancakes that were delicious and the bloody Mary was so good. It is hard to find a restaurant that has GF bloody Mary mix most use zing zang which is not so if you haven't had a good bloody Mary definitely order one there you won't be disappointed. We are in town for a quick get away and will be eating there again knowing I had zero issues.

They have a full gluten free menu, The food is excellent, Mimosa and Bloody Mary! My daughter had the pancakes, I have the bacon lovers BLT. The grits are to die for, we had the Gouda and bacon one. I can’t say enough about this place! You won’t be disappointed! Disclaimer: the wait is super long, get there early!

Great customer service!! Fast & friendly. Really great cucumber Bloody Mary! Had the GF Blueberry Lemon Goat cheese pancakes w/sausage & eggs. Pancakes were great! Large portions. Didn’t love the herbed infused sausage, eggs over med. were good. Husband had the bourbon street pancakes. Great flavor but almost sweet overkill.

I’ll rank this as celiac friendly BUT you have to be smart about how you order. GF Pancakes are made on shared equipment. The sausage had maltodextrin and other gluten-questionable ingredients (where gluten is known to hide, like autolyzed yeast extract).
HOWEVER, they went out of their way to make me an omelette safely. They opened new containers and made sure things were clean. They made me an omelette to order and charged me $17 for it (which was a shock).
I’m giving it three stars for a SEVERELY limited menu and the high price. But I would say they could make it celiac friendly.

Definitely a must if you’re in Nashville! Food was delicious with many GF options and staff is very knowledgeable.
Yes
Gluten friendly menu. Server was knowledgeable and explained how their could be cross contamination issues in their kitchen. All staff was friendly and seemed to work well together. I had shrimp and grits and it was delicious.
Yes
They have a gf menu but note on the menu that cc is present. My son wanted the gf pancakes and they are cooked on the same area as the regular pancakes. We left at that point not sure about the other items.
Our server was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies, and he let me know I wasn’t glued to the separate GF menu because they are a scratch kitchen. I got the blueberry, goat cheese, and lemon pancakes with a side of baked bacon and eggs (and grits because I had to try them) and it was SO GOOD. My mouth is watering thinking about it a day later. I didn’t get sick (and I’m super sensitive) and the place is really cool and close to lots of cool things. We went straight from the airport here and it did not disappoint. I am always so nervous trying a new place in a new city especially, and this place is so worth it.
Also, if they “run out of batter” as mentioned in over reviews, it’s okay because they have plenty of other great choices that are safe!!
Yes
I haven’t had pancakes in sooo long!!! I had lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes and it was heavenly!
After waiting, being seated, asking for a GF menu, waiting again, the waitress said, no GF batter today for the pancakes or waffles. Seriously. A huge menu, a million posts, and no batter.
I ordered the GF pancake flight (bananas foster, goat cheese, and mixed berry). It came with 2 eggs and a breakfast meat all for $13. Would definitely get again! Check in on ‘no wait’ to decrease your wait time :)
Diverse GF menu with pancakes! Very busy and kind of slow service. Good GF pancakes, don’t get the grits (not good)
