They are literally the sweetest people! They are happy help explain and suggest items! They also have vegan gluten free items, that is awesome! Their crust for the pot pie really made me worry because it was so good!

What a cute little deli! So many vegan/gf options and the curry turkey sandwich and potato salad are wonderful! Linda was the sweetest and most helpful cashier- she brightened our day!

Stopped by to get gluten free dairy free breakfast treats- we got vegan gf carrot cake and vegan gf banana nut muffins. They were AMAZING!! Carrot cake was so soft and the icing was delicious. Banana nut muffins were one of the best I've ever had, including those with gluten and dairy. This is a great place to take people who aren't restricted to gf food because they will like it too. They had plenty of gf and vegan lunch options like sandwiches, salads and soups. I saw that their vegan cheese is tofutti brand, wish they used daiya. Great service too!

Cooks and staff all well versed in GF - safe prep, etc. - as well as other allergens. Food is all local and freshly homemade- and excellent! Even GF bread is made in-house (and good!). Regular menu is great and there are always several daily specials. GF cookies, cupcakes, muffins, and carrot cake are a staple... Monthly dinner always has GF options. :)
