Review of Anthony's Italian Kitchen

What a great find! I went here based on the one review here. While they don’t have a separate GF menu, they have GF pizza and pasta and were very knowledgeable about which sauces I could have. It is also a shared kitchen. I had the pasta with bolognese sauce. It was probably one of the best I’ve had!! Would definitely make the 3 hr trip to Portland just for this.

The restaurant is in a great location about a block away from the Old Port. It’s a cute little hole in the wall. You order at the counter and they will deliver your food at your table. Our meals came served the actual take out container which I appreciate since we didn’t have to wait for anyone. We were able to close up our containers and go when we were ready.
