Very nice brew pub. They were aware of cross contamination risk due to fryers not being dedicated GF. Menu is well marked with man available GF options but I question the sandwiches in retrospect. They’re made with sourdough bread which unless it’s a special variety, my understanding is sourdough is lower gluten but not GF.
