Food was excellent and my server was knowledgeable. She went and discussed options with the chef who helped guide me when ordering. One of the few places at Universal we ate at that I felt confident in the food I received.

I had nachos, pretty good but too many jalapeños. Chicken tacos were modified to corn tortillas and a mass of black beans to accommodate, however the server changed the sides without letting me know he was. The tacos had very little taste which is usually not the case with Mexican food. Music was loud, my margarita barely had any fruit juice. It tasted more like a tequila shot without the salt.

Very good food. Manager explained what was GF. Not marked on menu, but many options. Dedicated fryer for chips.

No GF menu, but very accommodating. Chips safe and prepared in a dedicated fryer. Good food. Would return. Staff will customize to provide safe options. They left off toppings that may risk cross contamination.

They didn't have a gluten free menu, but many items were GF or could be modified. The server was knowledgeable about making sure what I ordered was GF and assured me that the chips were made in a dedicated frier. The food was delicious!

The food was delicious, unexpectedly so! I got enchiladas and BF and i split some tamales. The hostess at the front ensured us most things are GF and that even things that aren’t can be made GF so I wasn’t too worried. However I should have been more worried that the server seemed clueless. Because I got VERY sick later. Took me a couple days to get over it. Maybe they accidentally gave me the flour tortillas even though I asked for corn? Or they were all fried together? I’m not sure where the contamination came from but hoo boy, it was bad. Proceed with caution.

Although the menu didn’t say GF. When asked they stated absolutely.!! Almost everything can be made GF. And the foods made with flour tortillas can be substituted with corn ones. The Chips are made in a separate fryer. A must have. Order tacos and AMAZING!!!
