Review of Appalachian Brewing Co

Has a "gluten friendly" menu, but the servers and management are absolutely clueless about their own menu. No dedicated fryer or prep space (so all "gluten friendly" chips and fries go in the same fryer as everything else breaded). Our server was also extremely condescending when questioned about the menu ("I don't have a gluten allergy, so I can't answer that," "Again, I'm a server, not a prep cook, I don't have the answer to that."). Would definitely NOT recommend to anyone with celiac or a more extreme intolerance.
