They do have a spot on the menu that designates gluten sensitive. Unfortunately the server was not even aware of it. She even asked another server and they brought me out the allergy book that’s about 50 pages. They don’t have a designated fire or a designated prep area. I did ask them to take care and prepping my mail and they said they would.

I have eaten the fiesta lime chicken here several times and never had a reaction. Staff was able to confirm that the tortilla strips were of corn. The menu marks items as "gluten-sensitive". Best late-night GF option in Mooresville as far as I know.

At the Bridgewater NJ location. Menu clearly marked with GS for gluten sensitive items. Got the nachos with cilantro chicken option. Very good! (Just a suggestion from this reviewer…can everyone who reviews a restaurant maybe list what they had at wash establishment? I think is a good idea!😀).

The menu shows quite a few gluten free options but the staff does not seem knowledgeable about cross contact. I ordered a chicken salad, which was ok but also had hair in it.

Applebees has a GF menu. Be careful to read and ask questions, due to cross contamination etc. I had the riblets, salad and mashed potatoes. Our waitress was very concerned and ask the kitchen staff needed questions.
