Good selection of sushi and knowledgable of gluten in some rice wines... they of course do not use it. Friendly, cafe like environment.

My first visit. Gluten free sushi! Tons of options. Looks like it's safe for celiacs. I'll update post meal. Really impressed. Rice based vinegar so I don't see any other issues. They use a gluten free soy sauce if requested. The menu in store is even more expansive than online with large gluten free section.
