Got the chicken adobo bowl and mentioned GF and was totally fine! My aunt’s good friend is celiac so she recommended it.

Zero efforts to reduce cross contamination. They explicitly state on their menu that they prep your food on the same stations they use to process wheat-containing food. This is absolutely not celiac friendly. There is no guarantee of food being gluten free. They have a menu with a “wheat allergy” section, but that’s just a scam since there is cross contamination.

Limited menu but tasty. Although it says "celiacs shouldn't eat here", I haven't had any problems and I have been eating here over 5 years.

I didn't eat here. They have a pamphlet by the menu that says, "If you have Celiac, don't eat here." I was disappointed after reading the other reviews. The food people were eating looked great.
The chicken tacos are to die for. I comes with one but one is plenty. They are very careful and understand. They have a separate menu for allergies. The chips are gluten free, fresh and crispy.
My favorite is either the pork tacos or the salmon tacos. And the sunrise swirl!
Aqui staff mentioned a couple of years ago that they can not create a separate prep space for gluten free orders so I stayed away out of fear. But I have been eating here for the past year without getting sick. I've had the pork carnitas, avocado dip, salmon dish, and roasted salsa from the salsa bar. I love the flavors and the fact that all 4 of us can eat for around $30!
Great area & wonderful selection. I'm both celiac & vegetarian but my husband loves variety and has no dietary restrictions. We have both been able to enjoy meals. The avocado dip is delightful!

Staff does not know much about GF nor seem interested in answering questions. Ended up eating something that was suposed to be GF and still had a reaction. This is not safe for Celiacs

DO NOT GO HERE. I called the restaurant twice to double check they have gluten free options (the tacos were explicitly mentioned? and when I reached, I spoke to the server about my allergy and she reassured me the tacos were gluten free. When I received the tacos and ate them, the cauliflower was roasted in bread crumbs. I went back and complained to the manager and got a refund, but it was UNACCEPTABLE. I checked not once but THREE times in total and the staff was completely ignorant to the ingredients in the items they serve. DO NOT TAKE A RISK WITH THIS PLACE

A nice and quick option for lunch. I’ve eaten the chicken lime avocado bowl (with tofu instead of chicken) dozens of times without any reactions.
I don’t think they take any extra precautions to limit or reduce cross contamination even if you mention an allergy, but it does seem to be relatively safe by default.
All sauces in their sauce bar are gluten free, and they have a separate gluten free menu on their website (or via QR code in the restaurant).

They have an allergen menu that lists items made without wheat. Very flavorful and unique menu items! I have eaten here several times and have not gotten sick.
