La chef Lalay conoce sobre el tema y utiliza utensilios "que nunca han estado en contacto con gluten" según me indicó. He ido varias veces porque la comida es deliciosa sin embargo dejé de ir porque siempre presentaba reacción por contaminación cruzada. El menú no indica que opciones son GF pero te explican y tienen muchísimas opciones. I have gone several times because their food is delicious but now I don't eat there any more because I always showed symptoms of cross contamination (celiac). The menu does not indicate which options are GF but they explain you without any problem and they have many options.
