I ordered a half-pound beef n cheddar with no bun. I told them I had celiac and they offered to change their gloves and pay special attention to preparing my meal. Samantha, the assistant manager, was very patient and knowledgeable about cross contamination and allergies. This is not unique to this location as I’ve found many Arby’s to be accommodating of my celiac disease.

One person changed gloves but several ppl touched our order. I had to watch like a hawk.
The turkey salad (on the website) is no longer available and the current salad (chicken) isn’t listed. They offered to make it turkey instead since they couldn’t confirm if chicken was safe. It was a decent salad. Turkey and bacon were good and I’m feeling ok.

Their turkey salad is gluten free and delicious! Also, love their chocolate milkshake!! They have a gluten free menu on their website. Not a lot of options, but convenient if you want to go to a drive-through. I have not had any reactions from their listed options. :)
I had the Farmhouse salad with turkey and ranch dressing. For a fast food joint it served its purpose and I didn’t get sick. They have a GF menu online and at the counter.
There’s a list online of all the Arby’s gluten free menu items. At first it looks long, but it’s condiments, dipping sauces, drinks, shakes, 2 salads and.... meats. The fryer is shared, so basically your options are a salad or meat. Staff were accommodating and served my gobbler “sandwich” (turkey, cheese, tomato and lettuce) in a bowl with a lid and the mayo and cranberry relish on the side. The sandwich looked huge on the menu board, and my SO and I shared, so the bread was wrapped separately and served on the side. It was thoughtfully prepared and tasty, but I was still hungry, because let’s face it - 2 oz turkey and a slice of bacon on a lettuce leaf isn’t DINNER- so I ended up with a Jamocha shake. Overall, Arby’s is doable, but not nearly the options that the posting presents.
