Review of Arca

Wow. I was really struggling to find celiac friendly food in Tulum until I went to Arca. The staff is HIGHLY knowledgeable in GF dining and immediately identified which menu items were GF and safe for me to eat. They even knew soy sauce was a no-no, which I find is typically overlooked by a lot of people. When I asked about CC the chef went out of his way to make my entree in a separate pan with fresh oil. Wine is also amazing, it’s all organic!
