The Gateway Arch National Park has a small cafe in the underground museum. There were a few gluten free snacks (Cheetos, potato chips) and candy (Reese’s peanut butter cups) as well as soda. There was a yogurt cup and salad that appeared GF. I’d recommended packing your own lunch/snacks.

Nice little self-service restaurant inside the St. Louis arch right next to the museum (you don't have to leave the museum to get there). Good quality food with some gluten free options but only if you have child that likes salads or soups. Mine opted for a freshly made yoghurt with berries and had some chips.

Called A few weeks in advance and was told ribs & chips would be GF. We had lunch there today, celiac member of family had ribs & chips & mango smoothie. It worked out just fine! Servers confirmed it was GF. No symptoms 7 hours later🙂. Grateful for a way to enjoy spending the whole day at arch. (Also did Riverboat cruise, had lemonade & popcorn as snack. Read the ingredients for popcorn flavor, no wheat or gluten, was fine for celiac person.)
