Everything is clearly labelled as GF and the food is absolutely brilliant - well worth a visit

Had the Mami Arepa, it was tasty, warm and filling. Menu is not marked as GF but the waiter double checked for me and almost everything is GF, except the fried items. Sauces were homemade and delicious. I would say as long as you stay clear of the fried items, it would be Celiac friendly. I did not get sick or have any reactions after eating here.

The arepas were fantastic. They don’t have a dedicated fryer so stay away from anything fried and beware that they now have biodegradable straws which may contain gluten.

No shared fryer! This means not all the arepas are GF as some of them had fried plantains or other fried bits. Ordered online and mentioned I had celiac and one of the people was nice enough to call me and tell me this. They amended my order. Everything was great, but the language barrier was a bit concerning as I had a hard time double checking whether some items were GF or not. The food was excellent and I would go again, just maybe for dine in to be more certain about the food status.

Delicious does not begin to explain the food here! They do not have a separate fryer so if you are sensitive, like me, stay clear of any fried items. Never had an issue with the food as far as reactions but make sure you are clear with the server if you are sensitive.

Wow!! So delicious!! Small little place with amazing food! Had the "mami arepa", pork, avocado, cheese, hot sauce and cilantro mayonnaise. Thank goodness I have celiac so I HAVE to eat such delectables!
