Took a .3 mile walk with my family during our visit to the Peoples Gas Holiday Market downtown. We asked about the areaps and empanadas to make sure they were Gluten Free and they were. Food was so good we took 12 empanadas home to freeze and enjoy at a later time. Highly recommended. My daughter absolutely loved the kids meal as well.

Lots of gf options! I got a caprese arepa (delicious!) and a cheese empanada and feel totally fine after eating it (to note, I only have an intolerance)

Score! The menu is almost entirely naturally gf. I went several times while in the city and got arepas of all kinds. Oh so good! The first time I did have a conversation about the griddle and other cross contact. The server did understand the conversation well and I suspect he gets asked frequently. I felt really good about the situation and after all my trips - no evidence of being glutened. A+

Delicious! The staff was super helpful about explaining ingredients and the menu is clearly marked, identifying corn vs wheat items. No ill effects after eating!

I will begin by saying that the service was good, and the people who work there are friendly. My daughter and I both got arepittas, mine had chicken and her's had pork. The both were good, and neither of us got sick, I just wish meat had more flavor; it mainly just tasted like bouillon cubes. It is a small locally owned business, which we do our best to support, so overall I recommend this place.
