Gluten free soy sauce, sushi. Also it's very easy to get a table at anytime!
They can also make fried rice with gluten free soy sauce if you ask for it.

Very knowledgeable wait staff. Checked to make sure seaweed wraps were gluten free and substituted. Gluten free soy sauce available. Fish was fresh and rolls were great.
