This place is shaky but I was able to find options.

Bloody Mary: Gluten free.

I was able to find some eggs and bacon. They brought some potatoes with my meal and just as a precaution I asked another server and she said no, the potatoes were cross contaminated and quickly removed them. She brought fruit in their place.

Be diligent if you go. I didn't get sick but sure could've.

Sent bus person to inform our table they do not offer gluten free after a menu change they did a couple of months ago. She told us there was nothing on the regular menu they could make gluten free either. Would not even allow us to talk to a waiter, just turned us down flat. In ten years of dining with a gluten free family member, this restaurant treated us the most poorly.

Breakfast doesn't have a lot of options other than simple eggs and bacon but they do have gluten free bread!

For something that doesn't advertise GF the Cafe did an excellent job! Nicest people at Aria hands down. We had the following during our stay: Nachos with no cheese sauce Cobb salad Breakfast sandwich w/GF bread and turkey bacon Club w/GF bread and turkey bacon All with no issues! Servers were knowledgeable and very kind!

I went there for a snack during the evening. The waiter turns eyes when I ask about the gluten free option on the menu. I finally took the nachos but with regular cheese. No cremy cheese. It was not the best nachos in my life, but I don't feel sick after.

I have celiac and was very nervous to eat here. My waiter was pretty knowledgable about gluten. I ordered the corn-beef hash with eggs and they do have gluten free toast. The toast is cooked in the oven to avoid contamination. The potatoes that come with Are fried in oil that gluten is fried in, I was able to get hash browns instead.I am only giving 4 stars because options are very limited here.

This was the only place open in Aria hotel at 2am. The waitresses didn't seem to know much about gluten.

She thought the only thing that might be safe was the salad. I got a chicken caesar without croutons. The chicken was gross. Really really bad. My girlfriend got chips and artichoke dip and she said it was really bad too.

Stay away.

I haven't even gotten my food yet, but disappointed this popped up as a GF option, but found there isn't anything truly GF. I'm sensitive to gluten, but have a feeling someone with celiac disease couldn't chance eating here. I found items that don't contain gluten, but there is probably plenty of cross contamination.

I had the Greek salad but the dressing was too strong for me. They are accommodating but don't have a gf menu. You can eat the breakfast food without the bread and they will cook the chicken, steak, and fish gf.
