Review of ARIA Resort & Casino Las Vegas

We went to the Buffett based on what we read here on FindMeGlutenFree- we took a tour with the chef and was NOT convinced they were serious about making sure items were GF. The chef pointed to items saying those over there are GF but those over on the end are not (very non-specific) - we not only were confused which were GF we didn't feel confident that he knew! Items should be well marked so not to make a mistake- after our tour my daughter just didn't feel confident she would get a safe meal but for the $35 price there were not enough choices to make it worth the risk. I'm giving 3 stars because we really didn't eat there so giving them the benefit of the doubt.
