My Nima sensor detected gluten :(
We ordered through Grubhub. I ordered the Rigatoni alla Amatriciana and clicked the “make it gluten free” button. “Gluten free” was written on both the receipt and the to go box when it arrived so I was feeling confident. Unfortunately I tested it with my Nima sensor it said “gluten found”.
I sent an email to the restaurant to let them know for safety reasons, and also said that I’m sure it was just a fluke thing, my boyfriend was very much enjoying his food, and it all smells delicious.
The response I got from the restaurant was: “Not sure how that can happen we cook it in different water and different part of the kitchen. My daughter had celiac and we take it very serious. Not sure what u used to test it but 100% no gluten in that dish”
I understand that cross contamination or accidents happen, but I was disappointed in the response I got from the restaurant.

Staff had a wonderful understanding of celiac. They explained the process of how my food will be made in a separate area and different water. The food was amazing! Staff was also so kind and great service

Arya has a fantastic selection of gluten free pastas and meat entrees. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about making accommodations. The food is absolutely delicious!! I would highly recommend trying this place, they are celiac friendly. I’ll definitely be going back!

Neat place and amazing food. We had great service as well. Will definitely go back on our next trip here
I agree, best gluten free pasta, hands down. Make a reservation if you can, worth it! Lots of gf pasta options. Limoncello shrimp, surprisingly delicious. Will definitely be back soon!
The owner met with me and told me they had homemade GF pasta and I questioned him because I have never heard such a sweet phrase before!! He told the waitress and she quietly addressed me about app & salad options along with my personal preferences. I had the homemade fettuccine with seafood and a spicy tomato sauce that was to die for.....one of the GF best meals of my life!!! They did not rush us at all and we had a late arrival to our party. OUTSTANDING!!!

The gluten free pasta was executed so well I couldn't even taste a difference. However, I chose to give this restaurant such a low rating because how rudely my party was treated. When we got there we let the server know we were waiting on someone stuck in traffic and ordered a bottle of wine while we waited. Only 15 minutes into waiting we were interrupted and asked how much longer our friend would be. This persisted every 5-10 minutes until she showed up. The manager/owner (not sure who he was) told us he had another party coming for the table...over an hour later so he wanted us to order. This place could benefit from better planning when it comes to taking reservations. BOTTOM LINE: do not go here if you want to enjoy a meal at your own pace.
Echo the other review. Easily the best GF pasta I've eaten. They are very accommodating and reimagined one of their ravioli dishes into one I could enjoy. I also had the caprese salad, which had a more nuanced balsamic flavor than you usually find. It was delish! Wasn't offered GF bread (don't think it's available) and there's no GF dessert, but with pasta that good, you don't care. Also not as pricey as you might think ($120 for 2, with app, dessert, and bottle of wine)

The owner told me that their gf pasta is made from scratch and I told him that I preferred corn to rice flour. the homemade pasta is to die for and melts in your mouth. hands down the best homemade gf pasta I have ever had. Owner's wife is gf so very aware.
