Our server was great. I got wings from a dedicated fryer. I ordered a Margarita and he checked with the bartender to be sure it was made gf. Overall we had a great experience at this bar/restaurant.

Really hit or miss. This place has gf food, but both times I was there the dedicated fryer was down, they didn't have any gf rolls, and the server was not knowledge at all about food sensitivities.

Staff was knowledgeable. One of the servers actually had celiac so that was helpful. They have a dedicated wing fryer so I got wings which was awesome because so few good wing places have a dedicated fryer. Food was delicious. Will definitely be back!

Based on reviews from the app, we tried Arooga’s with our 19 year old son with Celiac. First off, our waiter Brett was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He placed an allergy alert on each item we ordered so the kitchen staff would know. We ordered two baked potato soups, sliders with bacon and cheese, tots with bacon and cheese and seafood nachos. Shortly after he placed our order, a young lady came out from the kitchen to see if sour cream was okay for the soup since there was an allergy alert. It turns out, the sour cream was gluten free but it was great that she double checked with us. That gave us the utmost confidence that the food was being prepared safely. While my wife and I had a few gluten-containing adult beverages, it was great for all of us to enjoy tasty gluten free appetizers in a very safe environment. My son had no reaction at all other than a full belly and a smile! While we are from right outside of Atlantic City, we visit Lancaster often and will definitely be back. Thanks Arooga’s for being so conscientious. PS - menu items are clearly marked GF.

Lots of GF choices. Server and manager were very helpful. We went for a special occasion and found out no desserts were GF (including the vanilla ice cream). While we were eating, the manager ran out for a GF treat. Great service!

The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten allergy. The gluten free hamburger bun was ok, could have been a little warmer. The hamburger was good and the tatie tots were very good.

Aroogas "gets it" when it comes to GF. No drama and manager came out to verify and reassure me that order was being handled for GF. Staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Be sure to mention your are GF to ensure they use special fryer for wings, etc.

This location is no longer Arooga's. It's a place called Greatful Goat Brewery. They didn't have anything on the menu marked gf, but were willing to accommodate which was very nice. Options are very limited bc the majority of the items are pizza, pasta, fried, etc. Also, they don't seem to deal with many gf customers so I was very nervous about the risk of of cross contamination. I order the roasted turkey caprese with no bun. I'm sorry to say but the turkey was dry and bland, the homemade mozzarella was just basic shredded cheese, and the arugula was yellow and wilted. I don't think this is the place for that type of food if you're looking for a beer, burger, and a pizza (and aren't celiac), this is your place. My family's food looked great.

They were very cautious. I had ordered a salad with blue cheese and they could not verify the blue cheese was gluten free so they left if off and explained.
