We made a reservation and were sat right next to the door. We felt right in the thick of a crowded entryway and constant chilling breeze each time the door opened. We chose this restaurant because it had gluten free pasta option which is always exciting! It is obvious that the gluten free option is a side thought. Rice noodles with Italian food is not a good match. When our server brought out our pasta dish it had no sauce on it. Completely flavorless. I informed the server that I thought they maybe forgot to put the sauce on it (an understanable mistake on a busy Friday night). He insisted that there was and treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He then suggested an alternative sauce to put on the pasta. Instead of taking the dish and having the kitchen add the sauce to the dish. We were told to wait three minutes while our pasta got cold for him to bring us a bowl of crusty white sauce to add to our cold flavorless dish. Although we appreciated our dish being taken off of our bill, I observed the server speaking to the manager and would have appreciated a visit from the manager to hear out our experience. I have been in the service industry for almost 20 years and can’t remember being so uncomfortable and disappointed with the service and food as I was at Asiagos.

Great gluten-free rice-based noodles. Wait staff was knowledgeable. I had pasta and marinated chicken and felt great after.

on they offer gluten free pasta, but knowledge of possible contamination via sauces seems to be limited amongst the wait staff. have been a few times, and twice the food was cold when it reached the table. it's OK for people who choose to eat gluten free, but if you have celiac, as I doubt, avoid Asiago's.

No GF menu, but offers delicious thick rice noodles so you can order any pasta dish! You can also order any pasta dish with greens instead of pasta. Also has a 'low carb' menu our waitress suggested.Try the flourless chocolate raspberry torte!! Also have Creme Brûlée, that's about it for desserts.
