Review of Asian Bistro Cedar City

Good food, but if you have celiac and are sensitive to cross contamination, you are limited to the california roll only! They do not clean cookware between preparing food and cook all food (gf and non gf) in the same cookware without washing. They do have GF imitation crab meat in their CA roles so that is great!

Essentially, if you are not very sensitive it seems like a great place to eat with tons of unusual options that most places dont offer GF, but if you are at all sensitive to cross contamination, avoid!
