I have talked to the owner. They make sure that GF foods are made separately. They have GF sushi. The counters are cleaned, gloves changed, and new mats are put down before making sushi. They even have GF soy sauce if you need.

The food is amazing and the portions are big. I always have enough leftovers for a second meal. About half of the regular menu is GF so there are a lot of choices between the hot dishes as well as their sushi.

8/2/20- Since Covid we have driven an hour to do pickup about 4 times ( once a month) . Ordering is easy on line and the food is as delicious as always.

12/23/19- another awesome meal. Crouching Tiger roll and crispy salt and pepper shrimp.

10/19/19- Amazing meal. Sashimi roll and orange chicken.

9/7/19- again an awesome dinner. They even had GF soy sauce.

Check them out.

Ate on 5/26/19. What a great meal. Spicy tuna roll and a philly roll were amazing. The orange chicken was so good! I asked questions and they even had GF next to my meal on the receipt. My food was also brought out separately.

Ate at Asuka on 12/30/18. What a great meal. I was nervous at first because I wasn’t sure that the waitress understood my concerns with cross contamination, but she let me know that clean pans were used and gloves were changed for my fried rice and no soy sauce was used. For my sushi roll, Three Musketeers, she let me know that the chef was cleaning the area and changing mats as well as gloves. It was the first sushi I’ve had in two years, and it was amazing! The pork fried rice was great! I would recommend this place, but I would also recommend that you ask questions as let them know how to keep you safe.
