This is a great place to have gf Thai food! Dave the owners husband is also gluten free so they are both knowledgeable. Just ask for anything with gluten free soy sauce. Almost everything is gluten free!
Asked at the window about GF. After checking with the cooks, she said we have rice noodles, but everything is pre-made. If you're really allergic I would not recommend '. So passed on it.
Almost everything on the menu is GF! Dave the owner eats GF so he knows how to do it right. Huge servings and it’s all very tasty.
This is a permanent food truck and only has outdoor seating. Don’t let that put you off.

Excellent authentic Thai food. I had the red curry with local prawns and it was excellent, I felt great the next day. The food truck is owned by a husband and wife team, and the gentleman said he “suffers from the same problem” so any dish that contains soy sauce is made with gluten free.
