UPDATE:

Recently remodeled and expanded lobby with plenty of seating with multiple new beers on tap offered in pints, sample sizes, and growlers. As of late, they have been partnering with food trucks that offer GF food on some Saturday's which is a real treat. If you can't tell from my previous lengthy review, I love this place and if you are a person with Celiac disease, like myself, you must check this place out.

How many completely gluten free breweries do you know of? I can almost guarantee that answer can be displayed on 1 hand... This place is amazing! Can't rave about it more than the rest of the reviews so I'll just explain my experience.

I had been wanting to visit this place for quite some time but the hours the brewery are open can be challenging to coordingate. But I finally managed to get there one Saturday afternoon and walked into the lobby area. Small, cozy, has lot of displayed merchandise, and a small seating area. The employees were eating when we arrived and there was a sign to poke my head into the back and holler for service. At first I felt a little awkward about this but an employee came running up apologizing and was very friendly and inviting. She proceeded to talk about the brewery and how they are 100% GF, even down to the employee meals. Told me that about half the staff is GF and walked me through all the different beers they currently had on tap and prices. A sample size of a beer was $1 (not bad for the amount received in my opinion) and they had 6 different beers on tap that day. So for $6 I had a flight of all GF beers, I was in heaven. Each beer, even the styles that I usually don't enjoy, were very good. It was 2 dark beers, a blonde, a seasonal, an amber, and one other that I cannot remember at this moment. I felt like I was in heaven because I haven't tasted beer in years and it tasted authentic. I bought a growler of the Amber (very reasonably priced) because it was my favorite and it reminded me of the classic lager (tastes a lot like what I remember Yeungling tasting like!). I almost bought the seasonal because it had hints of citrus which was very good. 100,000% recommend checking out this brewery if you can get there when they are open. Life changing and I will be going back soon to refill my growler!
