GF was not marked on the menu but I went anyway because of the positive reviews on here. The waitress was somewhat knowledgeable but said a coworker is also gluten free so she asked what she gets and I got what was recommended which was chicken Parmesan with grilled chicken, and it was very good! I didn’t get sick, and the pasta was like lasagna noodles which was very different from the regular spaghetti pasta in the normal chicken parm dish, so you don’t have to worry about it getting mixed up. They did have GF pasta and GF pizza crust available, but toppings, sauces, etc were not marked so you have to just trust the waitress or ask for a manager to be safe.

Ava has homemade GF pasta that is great. They have a vegan section on the menu. I paired the two together and had a great pasta with mushrooms in a tomato sauce and a plate of grilled veggies.

They have homemade gf pasta which was delicious and cauliflower crust pizza. The waitstaff is not very knowledgeable so I had to tell them to use fresh water and no croutons on the salad. The pasta is worth a visit.
Yes
Not many GF options here besides vegetables and salad... wait staff wasn't particularly knowledgeable about gluten or allergens in general.
