The server was very knowledgeable and told me most could be made GF. The crepes were delicious with egg and sausage inside. She double checked to make sure the sausage was GF. Nice breakfast place that I feel safe eating. Will be back when in town.

Amazing! The location is fantastic and the food is unbelievable! Our server knew exactly what was gluten free and even the cooks remade the order because they forgot it was suppose to be gluten free. I appreciate their hard work

Three years ago we accidentally came upon this cafe while on a road trip from Tucson to Chicago. We were so delighted to discover that the chef could modify most things on the menu to be gluten free AND they have gluten free crepes! Everything was beyond delicious, so good that we now go back every year when we make this annual road trip. I’m severely gluten intolerant and had no issues. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, went above and beyond to accommodate us. So many delicious choices. This year we had citrus basil pork chop and Mediterranean salmon. So many delish iterations of dessert crepes that we had trouble choosing one (went with lemoncello with berries and salted caramel). Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

The server was slow, he was more interested in another table. I had planned on ordering the black & blue, but was told it is not GF, so I ordered the Farmer crepe, the crepe was burned & not edible, I did eat the filling inside & it was good. The server said he was going to take some off my bill because of the burned crepe, but ended up giving me a card for $5 off a future visit instead. We did order the Banana Foster crepe & it was good.
Amazing experience. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Everything looks good and the menu selection and I devoured the gluten free Black and Blue crepe and split the gluten free Lemoncello for dessert. Our server, Kate (I believe) was stellar, attentive and a delightful person.

The gluten free crepes were delicious! They didn’t have many options other than gluten free and with my husband having celiac, dairy and egg allergies it was hard for him to find something to eat. I was disappointed they didn’t have much of a coffee selection. It took a really long time to order and get our food but that is likely because it was a busy Saturday morning.
The server was friendly and knowledgeable about what was gluten free. They had a small gluten free menu. The Farmer crepe was tasty.
Absolutely wonderful! We came 25 minutes they closed since our flight came in late. We were greeted with warmth and a smile from the GM that manages like she owns it and waited on immediately. Our food was out in less than 10 minutes. The Brussels sprouts were made in a separate pan since they are usually put in a deep fryer that is unsafe. They were THE BEST we’ve ever had! And the crepes (both savory and sweet) were to die for. My husband had “Is it morning”, I had the fresh berry. Wish we lived here! Hope to return before we fly back home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I emailed and the chef said let them know when I am coming and he would ensure I had the safest meal in Springfield outside of my kitchen. Great service! Delicious! Went again today and they used separate bands and cutlery for my food. Sadly pomme frites are still not for celiac people! Cross contamination sucks!

How have I not done a review for here yet? I eat here all the time! Great restaurant with a really neat atmosphere, great coffee, and great gluten free crepes. Any server I've had there has always double checked with me that I have an allergy when I order gluten free. This makes me feel better that the kitchen staff understands what that means in the prep process as far as avoiding cross contamination. I've only ever eaten there for breakfast, and I love to spend a Saturday morning there eating good food and reading for a little while. The pomme frites are unfortunately not gluten free, which is a real shame. I had eaten them before I had my diagnosis, and they were so good and crispy....sigh. Anyway, check the place out, one of my favorite go-to choices!

Great crepes and my server had them make me gf pomme frites--- so good!!!
The gluten free crepes were amazing! I did not have one reaction to the food which in itself is tremendous. Great waitress and great food! You can't go wrong there.

Gluten-free crapes and not a single reaction. I am extremely allergic to gluten and this place was amazing! No reaction!?! A miracle. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone.

Loved the gluten free crepes! Although, if you're on the FODMAP diet (usually what you try if you have IBS) the Pomme Frites are fried with onion and that's on the NO list. I had no idea and I'm feeling it tonight.
I have eaten here in the past and gotten really sick. However, they now have a new menu and people who understand allergies. I am pleasantly surprised and glad to be able to enjoy some wonderful food again.
One of our favorite places to eat. However the waiter forgot to write GF on our ticket and gave my son and husband full Gluten crepes. They did apologize and tried to make it right by comp'ing the meal. Management was great just make sure you insist the wait staff has GF on the order.
