Awful experience. They ask you to pre warn them if you have allergies but despite multiple phone calls I could never get through and theres no answer phone or email. On arriving I told them and it all seemed positive and OK. When ordering I was given two menus colour coded to try and figure out what dishes had allergens in and what didn't. There were only 2 gluten free dishes and 1 roast option that could be changed, this turned out to be plain dry chicken with a quarter of a corn on the cob all for £22!!! I went for the steak and chips only to be told I couldnt have the chips or peppercorn sauce which left me with plain steak. They then came back and said I could have the full meal but the steak when it came was tough and inedible, by this point I'd given up complaining and didnt trust the kitchen. No starter available bar pork terrine on it's on with a spoon in a pot, no thanks!, and pudding was sorbet or nothing. The table of 6 bill came to £600 and all I got was a few chips!!!
