Words straight out of the waitress’s mouth: “We’re not very gluten free friendly here.” Even the nachos are cross-contaminated. The chef did, however, offer to bake the wings instead of fry them for me. But the caveat was they were dry as heck and I couldn’t be confident the ranch—the wings’ only saving grace—was GF.

I did not have the best experience at this restaurant. The staff was not knowledgeable about gluten free food and I was given a small typed up gluten free menu. When I asked the waitress if one of the items was gluten free, she said “there will only be a little gluten in it, not a lot.” It proved that she did not understand the seriousness of a gluten allergy and she was not educated on the topic. I was able to order a brisket but I had to get two side salads because no other sides were gluten free. I had a stomach ache later that night and the next morning. Would not go back to this establishment.

They now have a gluten-free list and the kitchen manager even came out to communicate with me, answer all my questions, and make me feel comfortable. I’d like to see more options!

They have a few options but no gluten free bun/bread and the fries are coated. I will think twice before coming back.

The wings as well as quarter chicken are GF and cooked in a separate fryer. The Aviator and Buffalo sauce are also GF. My server Josh also confirmed the Ranch dressing is GF along with the coleslaw.

Staff made me a little nervous at first but turns out someone in the back is well-versed in celiac. They’ll bake wings, you can have buff sauce or aviator sauce. Most of the others are made with beer. Got the collards too, very good. They say the pork, ribs without the dry rub, salads, and burgers without buns are all safe to order. I’d go back and specifically ask if Caleb is there so I don’t have to go through the wholeeeee list and know he knows what celiac is. Docked a star for slow service and not having indicators on the menu.
