Almost the whole menu can be made gluten free, and they have a dedicated fryer!

Ordered kimchi spring rolls, harissa vegetables , OG nachos and cauliflower wings.
Large portions (there were three of us eating and we had leftovers). Food was flavorful, but a bit heavy on salt for our tastes.

This was a really cute restaurant with tons of gf options. The servers were knowledgeable and able to give recommendations. I tried the cornbread pancake (which is literally how it sounds, very good) and had the lentil burger and fries for dinner. They use gf bread as the bun. Great experience!

Excellent restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was very friendly. The menu is easily 80% GF and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about GF and cross contamination with a dedicated fryer. It’s also 100% vegan, which isn’t super important to me, but may be to others. The food was very fresh and flavorful. Definitely recommend!

2023 update: Avo moved a couple buildings over and has added to their menu! There are significantly more GF options and their menu and I enjoyed what I ordered. Fully vegan cafe
2022: Good experience! Waitstaff is nice, not a ton of options but enough. Good for vegan options

Amazing vegan food in cute setting. Many gluten free items and staff very aware of cross contamination and waitress had fish remade before I even got this dish when a cross contaminated product was accidentally added. Highly recommend food and felt very safe.

I loved the spring rolls. Service was awesome. Everything is marked gluten free on the menu. Great outdoor patio where you can watch or play beach volleyball, and outdoor bar is right next door, and on same property there is gluten free ice cream shop. Great for Celiac.

Food is unique. We went during the summer and they didn’t have any warm food options, only cold plates. Some GF options though, just wasn’t my favorite place.
When it was a raw place, it was the best place in town for sensitive celiacs. The food is delicious! I went in after they went vegan, and I got so cross contaminated from the cheesecake that I missed my birthday and several weeks afterwards. Be careful. Not celiac friendly.

Super healthy food! Our server knew the menu & told us about all items to avoid. The outside of the restaurant was misleading- once we got inside, it was lively and fresh with many wait staff ready to serve.

The staff was so knowledgeable. They even knew that omission may make some celiacs sick because the gluten is removed in processing and recommended another beer. Only two dishes are not naturally gluten free. The food was absolutely delicious!

Very few opportunities for cross contamination. Almost everything in the kitchen is gluten free. They take care in preparing the food and there are many gluten free deserts and delicious bread!

Great, healthy food. So many gf options.
Very good! Gluten Free kitchen. I had a Mexican breakfast dish, my husband had French toast. It's nice to eat in a place where you don't have to worry about the prep. I will be back!

Delicious, healthy, and GF!

I would have given this place 5 stars because our food (i had the raw lasagna) was delicious and fresh; however i ordered a tea that was supposedly made from the cherry of a coffee bean or something like that and it was sweetened with stevia which i am not accustomed to using. well apparently stevia is not good for people with blood sugar issues and it caused me to pretty quickly feel very jittery and sick. I think they should have some info listed in their menu indicating their use of stevia in some drinks along with the side effects some may experience as a result.
One of the best restaurants I've eaten at in the U.S. Fully gluten-free menu. Ridiculously good flavor and taste for raw vegan gf food!
