Would give no stars but that is not possible lol. Do not go here if you’re celiac. We went to the dinner buffet and almost everything listed gluten free was not. They had a chef come to the table that brought me to each station to tell me what I could and couldn’t have. One of the stations he brought me to was breaded tofu and crab cakes. I explained although the tofu is vegan it is not gluten free as it has a breading on it. The “chef” unfortunately was not very knowledgeable.

🌾🚫 A surprising large amount of items on the buffet line are naturally gluten free!
There’s a wide array of options including: seafood, salad bar, carving station, the Mexican station and dessert!
The entire carving station and Mexican station (aside from the beans) were all gluten free! If you’re a lover of proteins and seafood, this is a must when in Las Vegas!
For dessert, there’s gelato and soft serve. I highly reccomend the ube gelato and Dole whip in the soft serve machine. They also have a GF chocolate cake. I gave the chocolate cake a benefit of a doubt and tried it twice….I’d skip it!
The Palms takes Celiac Disease and all food allergies very seriously!
Upon arriving, let them know about having Celiac Disease and/or any food allergies. A chef will come to your table and walk the buffet line with you.
Chef Mike went above and beyond! He was very knowledgeable on cross contamination and even brought food to me that could have possible cross contamination at the buffet line. He also brought out 2 types of fish for me that were plain and didn’t include the sauce that had gluten.
🔺If you’re a seafood lover, Wednesday nights feature all you can eat lobster and crab! 🦞
I’ve eaten at this buffet twice and never had any cross contamination issues!

I had the chef show me around to tell me what was gluten free. There wasn’t much at all, and even the desserts even only had one chocolate cake and the creme Brulee as gluten free and that was about it. BUT - the chef Mike felt bad for me, and so he asked me what foods I missed most, and I told him orange chicken, and he came out with a custom gluten free dish of orange chicken and also ahi tuna (which I had also mentioned). It was so good! And my husband said it was better than the normal buffet food. So good! I am very happy.

Everything that was gluten free was marked! Lots of delicious choices! Just wish there were some breakfast treats, the whole dessert area was not gluten free.

Edited: I gave it a second chance tonight. So glad i did! Night and day difference!!!!! The new chef, Mike is amazing! He took me on a tour of the entire buffet and I had so many options!! Ask for a tour from the chef. They even had certified gf brownies and coconut cookies for dessert! He told me they even make gf pancakes in the morning! The chef was so amazing, he checked on me throughout our dining experience. He even offered to make me some gf pasta. Highly recommend!
