Only have about 3-4 items marked gluten sensitivity. Corn chips are fried with flour tortillas. Very very limited options. Wouldn't recommend for celiac.

The GF doesn't stand for gluten free, ut stands for gluten friendly. So, they told ke that everything uses the same oil for frying and GF doesn't stop cross contamination. GF isn't for people with celiac dusease. It us for people wanting to generally avoid gluten.
They have a GF menu but staff really didn't understand how to make food gluten safe. After eating the supposedly GF carne asada I got sick.
No
Rice is not GF. Informed them I was celiac and ordered a GF item. The main course came GF but I was still served rice without knowing. I asked after since i immediately started feeling sick and they informed me it wasn’t GF and they “forgot to ask about that part”. I was sick sick for like 4 days.

Overall, was pretty good. When asked about gluten free, the waiter wasn’t able to answer my question, but did go ask the kitchen and came back with a definite answer. You do have the options of either corn tortillas or flour tortillas. I had the arroz con pollo and did just fine.
Yes
Waiter not knowledgeable about gluten free. Be careful they marinade the fajita steak in soy sauce. Chips don’t have a dedicated fryer. I’m getting rice beans and a plain piece of chicken.
