Only have about 3-4 items marked gluten sensitivity. Corn chips are fried with flour tortillas. Very very limited options. Wouldn't recommend for celiac.

The GF doesn't stand for gluten free, ut stands for gluten friendly. So, they told ke that everything uses the same oil for frying and GF doesn't stop cross contamination. GF isn't for people with celiac dusease. It us for people wanting to generally avoid gluten.
They have a GF menu but staff really didn't understand how to make food gluten safe. After eating the supposedly GF carne asada I got sick.

Overall, was pretty good. When asked about gluten free, the waiter wasn’t able to answer my question, but did go ask the kitchen and came back with a definite answer. You do have the options of either corn tortillas or flour tortillas. I had the arroz con pollo and did just fine.
Yes
Waiter not knowledgeable about gluten free. Be careful they marinade the fajita steak in soy sauce. Chips don’t have a dedicated fryer. I’m getting rice beans and a plain piece of chicken.
No
Most items at not gluten free especially all sauces.

Went with my coworkers for a going away party. Server was very kind, as i told him i had a gluten "allergy." Menu has changed a little to say GS - gluten senstitive. CC can occur but I had waiter kindly to ensure whatever extra steps they could. I got the Carne Asada with corn totrillas and Original Margarita. Everything was delicious and now 20 hours later I have no reaction.
The waiter really seemed to know what he was talking about. My super sensitive 2 yo daughter with celiac did fine without any issues. If I had seen the previous review before going I wouldn't have taken her here, but she did great.
