Review of B-Side Bistro

They have a “gluten free menu” that they claim is gluten free but its not and is completely unsafe for a celiac. They also do not know what cross contamination is and fry what they “claim” is gluten free and safe in a cross contaminated fryer. I was lucky to have caught all of the mishaps before contaminated and left without eating because each item presented was not safe.
