Great little gf bakery. My favorites are the blueberry/lemon cake and the donuts. The gf cupcakes are just on par with most, and the cinnamon rolls don’t impress, but the other items are wonderful.

Love it. I come here weekly and get a box to take home although it’s a trip. Staff are always friendly and the lemon slice is great.

Also they said they can make special orders with allergies and other dietary restrictions taken into consideration which is fantastic for birthdays and events

Tried the coffee crunch and Samoa donuts. Both were AMAZING. Moist, not too crumbly, and super tasty. The staff is also super friendly. There isn’t much signage saying that it’s a completely gluten-free bakery, but I asked and they confirmed this is the case. A must try!

There were several bakeries in NY that I was looking forward to trying & I was a little disappointed when we visited here because it was a tiny little dive & not at all what I was expecting but their treats were delicious! Everything in there was dairy & gluten free so we tried a lot. I don’t know if our favorite was the cookie sandwich or the cinnamon crumb cake. We really wanted a cinnamon roll but they were sold out ☹

I never thought I’d be so happy to see a bagel! But now that I can’t eat most of them - that’s exactly what happens! This one was delicious, almost the taste of a scone actually! I had it with a smear of butter after being toasted and it was just lovely! Dedicated gluten free (and other allergens) this place is the cutest place to get cakes, donuts, bagels and cookies!

Finding full gf bakeries is always a treat since there are so few by me. I enjoy this bakery though the flavors aren’t always as sweet as I’d like. My go-to’s are their black and white cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and tea cakes. I’m a bit nervous trying their other desserts as there seems to be quite a bit of cross contamination with oat flour as I’ve gotten sick on two previous occasions. So if you’re sensitive to oats, I’d recommend asking the staff what to steer clear of. Still, if you’re looking for something gluten free and delicious then definitely give Erin McKenna’s Bakery a try!

Nice cookies but donuts were horrible. They tasted like you were eating a bag of brown sugar. So disappointed after reading great reviews 😭 Didn’t get sick though which is always a plus

I may be biased because I am not vegan. But everything is gf. I don't love the cakes and a few other items I got. They are on the dryer side but the doughnuts were 10/10! Small bakery but decent amount of items. Will still go back to try other stuff.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! I am gluten free and egg free so this is one of the few places in the world I can eat everything on the menu! Their cinnamon rolls are my absolute favorite as well as their blueberry donut :)

Good donuts and I didn’t get sick. I will say that the texture of the pumpkin donut was a bit off, but the Samoa donut was fantastic!

TLDR: not safe, not tasty, no variation between items, and poor service.

I experienced symptoms of gluten contamination after eating here, despite their claims to be 100% GF.

The service is also poor; the wait for the items to be boxed took upwards of 5 minutes despite being the only customer in the store.

Another complaint: the “tiramisu”, “strawberry shortcake”, and birthday cake are exactly the same — the only difference is the icing on top. All are overpriced and with worse taste and texture than a grocery-store bought GF cake.

Definitely GF but Honestly kinda gross…. Since everything is vegan AND GF they’re not working with much. I would rather GF baked goods that at least have some butter! Could make better desserts at home

I love this bakery. But the staff is not super friendly in new york. They also don’t do custom orders with any detail like the other locations. I love the Santa Monica location as well as the Disney springs one. But the New York location unfortunately is just not the same. The food is delicious except the vanilla donuts always have something hard in them. I also brought my daughter to the New York location who was 6 months old in a stroller and there were steps so I couldn’t even access the store easily.

I recently became gluten free due to health concerns and I was excited to try this establishment. Unfortunately, I didn’t even have the opportunity to because the employees were so rude I refuse to give them business. What a shame. Smelt delicious. Their rude employee situation seems to be a recurring theme considering a few of the other reviews said the same thing.

So yummy! Their mocha crunch donut is the best. It’s more of a cake style donut and just so so good. Their lemon loaf is also really yummy! My non-gf friend always requests I get her a Samoa donut when I get my own food here… that’s how good it is!

Got an everything bagel with garlic and herb butter, a Samoa donut, and a mint brownie cupcake and it was INCREDIBLE. The shop is also super cute and had a nice atmosphere. Would recommend 💕✨

I hate to write this review but this is their worst location ever. #1 it’s very messy and dirty inside #2 staff are rude #3 old doughnuts and very very dry cupcake. So disappointed because I’ve been to the one in Disney Springs and California and it’s never been this bad that everything we got was super dry. Oh and that was on a weekend.

So many choices and all of them fantastic. A bit expensive but it’s the celeb name. Not much seating but a must for anyone gluten free. Great coffee spots nearby too.

The brownie bite was dry and tasted like cardboard, the doughnut wasn't much better. Food tasted like it was a couple days old and dried out. I've been to the one in LA so I know the brownie bites are not supposed to be dry like that. Very disappointed.

Wow. My daughters (both celiac) loved the donuts so much. Our visit was 3 weeks ago. So I can confirm that everything was 100 % gluten-free. No surprice, because the store has only gluten-free bakery. Very lovely spot.

My experience started with the staff telling me they were not open yet, but yet the door was unlocked. I asked if I can sit inside and get reel footage and she said yes. Then couple minutes later she asks, „Are you ready to order?“ Not a good morning -a smile or anything!

The display case with all the baked items was very dark. You could hardly see the baked goods inside. The shop interior was old, worn and cramped. I found all of this unappealing.

In the end, I paid $30 for 4 items. When the service, the location and shop are worth it, I have no problem paying. For me, this was not. The cinnamon roll is very simple. I don’t like a lot of sugar so I liked that, but it almost was too plain. It was okay. The cookie, bread and cupcake all had the same taste. It left an interesting after taste in your mouth. I wanted to like it, but I won’t be back.
