Asked staff to not include specific gluten containing items in the dish, but when the food came, it had gluten items all over it. I asked them to redo the dish and emphasized that I couldn’t have it since it was touching because I have celiacs.
5 minutes later a dish that took originally 25+ mins to prepare came out. That should have been my clue that they didn’t actually remake the food. The meat that I ordered rare was very well done, which likely meant they threw it back on the grill for the 5 mins.
Needless to say I am now feeling like I am drunk and high, which is my telltale celiac symptoms.

Small Brazilian market - can get tapioca/cassava starch for making Brazilian cheese bread (and also pre-made mixes) which is naturally gluten free. Glad to have a local source for this that is half the price of Amazon!Also contains Bacalhau Grill -- I hear you can order the cheese bread (Pao de queijo) but I have not tried it.
