Good tuna salad sandwich, and the GF bread held together pretty well. Lots of sandwich variety and a good to go option. Had a cold sandwich option so not sure about cross contamination with hot food. They did ask for preference versus allergy to handle appropriately.

Manager working has sister with celiac so they were careful. Told us not to get hot sandwiches because it goes in oven with other sandwiches. Great salads and gluten free bread on cold sandwiches.

This is now called the "Yampa Sandwich Co." Just FYI. We ate there and it was fine. They have gluten free bread (canyon bakehouse). They only had 2 slices left in the bag, so my friend (gluten intolerant) had a salad and my daughter (celiac) had a sandwich. I asked to make it on a separate surface, and no problems. Both salad and sandwich were good and no one had any reaction.

Excellent sandwiches. The staff made sure to ask if I had an allergy vs life style choice. They then adjusted their level of diligence accordingly. Would come back in a heartbeat.
