Separate GF fryer with GF chicken etc. Specified being coeliac. Meal was yummy!

Asked for man mountain no buns so keto and GF. Asked what sugar free drinks have, given SF Cola. Drank cola while waiting for burger. She confirmed mid wait, you want hash brown and onion rings in it. I said no thanks gotta be GF. By accident noticed cola contains gluten. Distressed got burger, raced to hotel. Open 25$ burger, has gluten covered chicken and battered onion rings. This eatery is NOT SAFE.

They have GF marked on their menu but I was told that everything is cross contaminated so can only have 1 thing on the menu. Very disappointing, wish I’d gone elsewhere instead of missing out, yet again

I love this place so much! I’ve been there twice and haven’t gotten sick. Staff seemed knowledgeable about gluten allergies (asked if it was Celiac or not). The buns were so good I thought they had mixed up the order!

Had a yummy gf burger with a gf bun (no charge!). They don’t have a dedicated fryer though.

Their burgers are amazing and they offer GF bread for no extra charge. The chips are GF, and they said the only risky menu items are the bread buns and pancakes, although I would still check to make sure. Very helpful staff and awesome prices

we ordered a gf version of a kids burger, it was delicious and quickly demolished ! we ordered bacon the chicken is crumbed so may not be GF

Positives and negatives from my experience there recently. GF bun for no extra charge which was great!Staff offered for me to read packets to swap out ingredients, but then when I got home with the burger the bacon hadn't been swapped (didn't know how it had been cured)The staff member who served me also didn't mention that the chicken was crumbed (i didn't ask either so mg fault) If you go don't get any of the chicken burgers unless they're not crumbed, and you can swap out bacon for 'coconut bacon' etc as well. They have had some great feedback from others but I wasn't careful enough when ordering.
