Very knowledgeable staff. No dedicated fryer, breakfast potatoes are gf. Gluten free bread, biscuits available, cooked separately. Eggs, bacon, etc gf.
Ham and Brie omelet, potatoes and GF toast were awesome! They cook things separately and potatoes aren't done in a shared fryer.

Great meal at Bacon! Was impressed by staff knowledge of need for protocols to avoid contamination. Cannot eat anything from the fryer, but there was plenty else to choose from.
AMAZING. So understanding and accommodating. Best breakfast I have ever had. The omlet I got was AMAZING and the gluten free toast with Jam was great. They also have amazing potato chunks! Overall 10/10 experience and food!
My daughter’s (celiac) order was marked gluten allergy in the system when we ordered at the counter. She had bacon, eggs & GF bread & had no issues.
They were very accommodating! When I told them I had celiac they cooked both my bread and potatoes separately. Great service and delicious food!
Ate here recently and was so surprised by how good it was!! I didn’t think they’d have gf options but they had a bunch and they were delicious. Just tell them you’re celiac and you should be all good. Highly recommend!!
THIS IS THE BEST BREAKFAST PLACE! I have celiac, and they are very knowledgeable. The chefs even enjoy getting to make a gluten free meal and make sure it is safe for customers! Best gluten free toast, potatoes, bacon and omelets. Will be coming here for the rest of my life!
The staff was wonderful!! I ordered a simple classic breakfast - 2 eggs, breakfast potatoes & bacon. They placed “celiac” on my order ticket, offered a GF bread option instead of the biscuit that comes with the meal and told me that the staff will cook breakfast potatoes in separate - either fried in soybean oil or just pan fry in a skillet. She assured me there is no contamination from any flour with these options. When they delivered breakfast to the table they asked who had the breakfast free of wheat, gluten and biscuit. It was tasty and a celiac treat to eat with my family. Had an orange juice to drink but a full bar with coffees, bloody mary’s mimosa’s and more available too. Fun atmosphere & obviously super delicious bacon :)
