The waitress was very understanding. She checked with the bartender about a cider, and then told me she also double checked by googling the brewery for me. They had a GF menu. I ordered a salad and she said the chicken is cooked in a separate pan and she has a “button” to push with the order to notify chef of celiac. She said all the salad ingredients are separately located too. The side of homemade potato chips were tasty too. It was my first meal out since being diagnosed and I would say it was a success ๐
