Incredible gluten-free bagels, maybe the best I’ve ever had. I had the pizzette on GF and a regular cream cheese one.
Note that the bagels are gluten-free wheat bagels (gluten removed wheat I assume) so they are safe for GF people but NOT safe for wheat allergy people.
Seemed great about allergy (changed gloves when I asked, toasted my bagel in the oven instead of shared toaster) but bagels are made in the same area as the pizzas and regular bagels. Unfortunately, no GF pizza option.
Sadly, not celiac friendly - I'm so sorry. It is gluten sensitive friendly, though - in an interesting way. They make the gluten free bagels from gluten free wheat starch. I had the lox and cream cheese bagel yesterday and didn't have my usual awful symptoms after being dosed so I will definitely order from them in the near future. The bagel itself was really good. Soft and good flavor. The sandwich comes open faced with all the usual fixings for a lox bagel. Not many places in LA to get a gf bagel. Of the availability, this place is my favorite as of now. One step below a New York style bagel. Not too shabby. They also sell packs of gf bagels if you choose. Happy bageling!
