I’ve been so happy eating baked GF items! They have GF bagels, they are similar in taste and texture to both a roll and a bagel. They take serious precautions to ensure there’s no to minimal cross contamination. You can buy half a dozen GF bagels for about $28. It’s about $15 for GF bagel breakfast sandwiches and just one order of a GF bagel is about $5.
The gluten free roll breakfast sandwich was scrumptious. They informed me that the rolls are made specifically at a gluten only facility. The only cross contamination that could happen is if you get a sandwich. The owner assured me that the sandwich is made in a separate area but the toaster is not a designated gluten free only one so there’s a risk. I did not get sick. Would definitely eat here again.
I called in March 2018, was told they do not have gluten free bagels only “rolls” and they “probably won’t have gluten free bagels again for awhile”
I called ahead spoke to Chris and he made me poppy seed GF bagels. Delicious.
A little pricey, but good quality. Call ahead and they'll set your gf bagel aside to reduce cross contamination. Just wish they made the bagels from fresh dough so they could put stuff in it like sun dried tomatoes.
The bagels were only ok. It was baked which was disappointing but I guess to be expected in California. They store the gf bagels in an unsafe display case. The man at the register was very nice and offered to make me a fresh batch if I was willing to wait. It is unclear to me how safe from cross contamination this place is, but I didn't get sick.
Call ahead and get any type of seed on your bagel like onion, everything, poppy seed, garlic or plane. Chris is awesome!! He knows all about the gf! Lots of egg sandwiches as well and salads and drinks!
Delicious bagels. You can call ahead of time to have them make different kinds of bagels. Jalapeño cream cheese is the best.
