I come here all the time when I visit Amsterdam. It’s incredibly reliable for gluten free food. They ask you if you have an allergy to gluten and will cater the kitchen accordingly
One of the better gluten free bagels I’ve had, an easy quick breakfast
Has a gluten free bagel option for €0.75. Didn’t use but my friend is celiac so thought I would share.

Convenient chain with a number of locations across Amsterdam. They offer gluten free bagels and are clued up on cross contamination - gluten free bagels are heated separately in a little bag not put on the toaster and my fillings arrived deconstructed in little pots for me to make to avoid cross contamination in the construction area.

Great bagel place, advised the member of staff that I cannot have gluten and she provided me with an allergen booklet. She also advised that, although they are careful, they cannot guarantee that cross contamination won’t happen.
Staff where accommodating for both gluten and dairy intolerance and could explain what I could and couldn’t have and I had a super tasty cream cheese (all their cream cheese is vegan) and avocado bagel, would recommend!

They have good knowledge, dubbel check the ingrediënts for you.
The staff seemed knowledgable about coeliac disease and told me not to order the toasted bagels due to cross-contamination. The bagels were super nice and perfect for lunch
