GF bread, but no dedicated toaster. Staff was willing to prepare it on a separate griddle and claimed to be aware of cross contamination, but there was a hash brown on my toast. They were willing to remake it for me and apologized profusely. Still probably won’t be coming back.

Whenever I find out a place has gluten free bread, I get excited, because it opens up another section of the menu for us gf people! I order a breakfast sandwich here on gf bread. They are knowledgeable enough to verify if I want it toasted or not, like the regular version. They do not have a dedicated toaster for gf, so avoid toasting if you are worried about cross contamination.

Menu online is large and they are willing to substitute for gluten free bread
