Very good menu is clearly marked what items they can make gluten free. It was the best gluten free crust I have ever had! Make reservations if you want to eat here!
I had a pizza, which was the best Italian style I've had yet. Thin crust that kept its shape, a bit of crunch and some chew. The sauce and cheese and toppings were excellent just the right amounts. I also tried the tiramisu, which was also yummy, though a bit on the dry side. The restaurant is right next to the lake so it's a very pretty location. The bar next door (also part of Baia di Pare) has an awesome case of gf desserts on display; I think you can order food as well in the bar. The kitchen is certified by AIC (Italian celiac group) which means they must take a course about gf safe food handling. The service was great, our waiter also spoke excellent English, which helped when I wasn't able to find the right words. My only regret is that I didn't go back to try more things! Next time I'm in the area it will be the first place I go! Prosecco and a Pizza, sign me up!
