Review of Bake Me Happy

I have traveled this country far and wide, and love to try gluten-free foods everywhere. I would have to say that this is probably the best gluten-free baked goods I have had anywhere. And I mean that very earnestly. The only place that I have seen so far to rival it is a place in LA called Fonuts, but this place is a dedicated gluten-free facility which makes it way better. I tried five different pastries, I ate four of them in one day. They were all super moist and fluffy and everything a baked good should be, they really have the science of gluten-free baking down to a T. My favorite was this treat they had that looked like a Twinkie, the one I chose with some pumpkin spice flavored and it was so good. Carrot cake and poundcake were delicious also, my least favorite was the brownie. Not much in the way of savory options however. But if I lived in Columbus, I would have this ALL the time.
